With our current situation in Rochester with the virus, I did not expect to have the job of clearing basement drain addressed in the same day I called. I assumed I would begetting on a list for sometime in the future. Instead John said he could do it in 3 hours. Efficient, cleaned up after and paid in 1 hours time.

John was very polite and professional. We were a little hesitant having someone to come in to replace our tub and shower faucet with the whole COVID-19 pandemic, but he was very clean and considerate. The tub and shower faucet was done seamlessly and it looks beautiful!

Representatives from Halter Plumbing responded to my original request for an appointment within 15 minutes and Mr. Halter arrived on time and was prepared to analyze the problem quickly. The replacement part was purchased nearby and replaced quickly and efficiently. As luck would have it, the replacement part was defective and our original problem was not solved. Mr. Halter secured another part and re-installed the new part which solved the problem! Thanks for sticking with this project and giving us such great customer service!

John stopped by last week to give us an estimate to install an outdoor water faucet off of the existing house plumbing. We accepted his price and set a time for installation the following week (today, 7-30-2019). The work was done in a timely professional installation. John showed up on the day he said he would reasonably close to the time he said he would. The price he quoted was within a few dollars of the price I had in my head. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He even went above and beyond by loosening a couple shut off valves in the basement. Highly recommended.

Called me within 10 minutes of my request. John was able to be at my house the same day to repair and then install a new shut off valve for a refrigerator. Very courteous and efficient. We will definitely call Halter Plumbing & Water Works the next time we have a need.

John was very professional. He was quick to tespond to our situation especially with the holiday coming. He was running behind and was courteous enough to call and make us aware of the delay. He apologized for a little mess he made in our basement and took all the old parts so we didn't have to deal with it. Very pleased with the fantastic service we received!
